From San Francisco International Airport:

From the passenger terminal or the rental car location, follow the signs to Highway 101. Take Hwy 101 North to San Francisco. In San Francisco, follow the signs to Oakland and Hwy 80 East which will direct you across the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge. Hwy 101 becomes Hwy 80 at the West end of the bridge. Upon arrival on the East/Oakland side of the bridge, stay in the middle lanes and take Hwy 580 East. After several miles on Hwy 580, take Hwy 24 East to Walnut Creek. After about 15 miles on Hwy 24 you will arrive in Walnut Creek. From Hwy 24, stay in the slow lane and take Hwy 680 South to San Jose. Immediately after taking Hwy 680 South ramp, exit from the fast lane onto Mt. Diablo Blvd. At the bottom of the off ramp, turn left onto Comino Diablo. Take the first right turn onto Sringbrook Road. Total time is about 50 minutes.

From the Oakland International Airport:

From the passenger terminal or rental car location, follow the signs to Highway 880. Take Hwy 880 North to Oakland. Follow the signs to Hwy 980 East and Walnut Creek. After several miles, Hwy 980 merges into Hwy 24. Continue to follow the signs to Hwy 24 East and Walnut Creek. After about 15 miles on Hwy 24 you will arrive in Walnut Creek. From Hwy 24, take Hwy 680 South to San Jose. Immediately after taking Hwy 680 South ramp, exit from the fast lane onto Mt Diablo Blvd. At the bottom of the off ramp, turn left on Comino Diablo. Take the first right turn onto Springbrook Road. Total time is about 35 minutes.
